Custom commission work starts at $100 for an 11x14, or $130 for a 16x20 (shipping is included within the US). The price covers up to two pets/animals on the same portrait.
Once we’re on the same page about the details, I’ll send you an invoice for 50% of the payment up front as a nonrefundable deposit. The remaining balance will be invoiced with your enthusiastic approval of the final painting.

Step 1: Fill out the form on this page and send it my way.
Step 2: I’ll be in touch within 24 hours to work out details such as timeline and photos, and I’ll send you an invoice for the deposit.
Step 3: Sit tight- painting is in progress!
Step 4: When the painting is complete, I’ll send you a final draft. If there are any little changes or additions you’d like to see, this will be the time to let me know. After you tell me you love it, I’ll send you an invoice for the remaining balance and ship your painting to you!

While I enjoy painting both traditionally and digitally, the style of work that I sell is painted digitally. The final product you receive is a Giclee print of the final painting. Giclees are the highest quality paper prints available. They are archival quality; the same that you can expect to find in museums and galleries. If framed and cared for properly, these prints are made to retain their brilliant color without yellowing or fading for decades. The paper itself is a textured watercolor paper that emphasizes my style of work nicely. I source my prints from a professional Fine Art printer here in the greater Seattle area.
Since this is a custom commission, only one print will ever be made - just for you! The print will be signed and will come with a certificate of authenticity.

If you’re requesting a pet portrait, reference photos are important! Please plan to provide 1-3 of your favorite photos of your pet. I generally use one photo as the primary reference, but it helps me get to know your pet better if you can send me several. Please make sure they’re in good lighting and not blurry!
After you submit your form to me, I’ll follow up within 24 hours to request the photos, answer any other questions you have, and get this party started!
